eVenture
Thank you for your interest in attending the eVenture annual summer program at Charter Farms.
This unique entrepreneurial learning experience is for those who want to become innovative leaders.
What does that mean?
In traditional education, an expert teacher helps students understand the right way to do something so they can then apply that knowledge as taught. That has value. But in today’s world, the leader is the person who can reach beyond the known answer and approach to find a better way!
eVenture prepares you to be that kind of entrepreneurial leader–to reach beyond what you know, navigate ambiguity, try and learn from failure, and collaboratively co-create a new and more successful outcome. You will learn to tap your curiosity, intuition, and passion to figure out something you feel strongly about and develop it into a unique business venture.
We provide a fun and supportive environment with experienced business mentors to nurture your progress and guide you when you have questions. You provide the creativity, energy, vision, trust, respect, and persistence.
You are a good candidate for this program if
- You have an idea you want to explore but have not had the opportunity
- You enjoy working with others to solve a difficult problem
- You want to be an innovative leader
- You want to know more about how entrepreneurs develop winning businesses.
Come with
- Some ideas that you might pursue
